Common Questions
Where do I report a bug?
Post it in the #bug-reports channel on Discord - that's where the team actually looks first. You can also use the form above with "Bug Report / Support" selected.
Is Flee the Facility available to play yet?
The game is currently in closed Alpha. Wishlist it on Steam and join the Discord to get notified about upcoming playtest weekends - see the Roadmap for what's next.
Can I stream or make videos about the game?
Yes - streaming and monetized coverage are both fine. Logos, key art, and a full fact sheet are available on the Press Kit page.
I'm press or a content creator - who do I talk to?
Email press@ghostlight-interactive.com directly, or start with the Press Kit for assets and boilerplate copy.
Do you take feedback or feature suggestions?
Always. Alpha playtests directly shape the roadmap - the Discord is the best place to share thoughts in real time, or use the form above.
